1. Cassava (yucca), peeled and shredded 1 pound
2. Eggs 4 medium
3. Creamy coconut milk 1 cup
4. White sugar 1 cup
5. Vegetable oil ¾ cup
6. Salt ¼ teaspoon
7. Self-rising flour 1 ¾ cups
8. Freshly grated coconut 1 ⅓ cups

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
