Ingredients for - Cauliflower Parm

1. 1 large head cauliflower, cut into 1/2" steaks -
2. 2 c. panko bread crumbs -
3. 3 large eggs, beaten -
4. 1 c. all-purpose flour -
5. 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil -
6. 1 c. marinara -
7. 4 slices mozzarella -
8. 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan -
9. Torn fresh basil, for garnish -

How to cook deliciously - Cauliflower Parm

1. Stage

Heat broiler. Season cauliflower with salt and pepper.

2. Stage

Add panko to a large resealable plastic bag, eggs to a bowl, and flour to another bowl.

3. Stage

Dredge cauliflower in flour, then dip in eggs to fully coat, then add to bag with panko and shake until fully coated.

4. Stage

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add cauliflower and cook until tender and golden, about 10 minutes per side (reduce temperature if the oil gets too hot).

5. Stage

Transfer cauliflower to a baking dish and top each piece with marinara, mozzarella and Parmesan.

6. Stage

Broil until golden, 5 minutes.

7. Stage

Garnish with basil.
