1. Cauliflower, broken into florets 1 head
2. Butter 3 tablespoons
3. Garlic, minced, or to taste 1 clove
4. Cumin ½ teaspoon
5. Ground coriander ½ teaspoon
6. Garam masala ½ teaspoon
7. Ground turmeric ½ teaspoon
8. Minced fresh ginger, or to taste ¼ teaspoon
9. Cayenne pepper, or more to taste 1 pinch
10. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 1 pinch
11. Lime, cut into wedges 1
12. Chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Cauliflower Rice (Biryani-Style)

1 . Stage

Process cauliflower florets in a blender or food processor until broken into small pieces about the size of rice.

2 . Stage

Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat; add cauliflower rice, garlic, cumin, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, ginger, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until cauliflower is softened, about 10 minutes.

3 . Stage

Remove skillet from heat and add lime wedges and cilantro.
