Ingredients for - Cauliflower Rice (Biryani-Style)

1. Cauliflower, broken into florets - 1 head
2. Butter - 3 tablespoons
3. Garlic, minced, or to taste - 1 clove
4. Cumin - ½ teaspoon
5. Ground coriander - ½ teaspoon
6. Garam masala - ½ teaspoon
7. Ground turmeric - ½ teaspoon
8. Minced fresh ginger, or to taste - ¼ teaspoon
9. Cayenne pepper, or more to taste - 1 pinch
10. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch
11. Lime, cut into wedges - 1
12. Chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Cauliflower Rice (Biryani-Style)

1. Stage

Process cauliflower florets in a blender or food processor until broken into small pieces about the size of rice.

2. Stage

Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat; add cauliflower rice, garlic, cumin, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, ginger, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until cauliflower is softened, about 10 minutes.

3. Stage

Remove skillet from heat and add lime wedges and cilantro.
