When the vegetables are ready, add them to the pot and cook for about 10 minutes.

Add melted cheese, I use Ochakovsky 150-200 grams. Cook on low heat for a few minutes. Take the soup off the heat and let it stand for a few minutes.

When the soup cools a bit, puree it with a blender.

Prepare the breadcrumbs. To do this, we cut the bread into cubes and put it in the oven heated to 180-200*C for 5-7 minutes.
