5. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 cup
6. Shredded Parmesan cheese, divided - 1 cup
7. Shredded mozzarella cheese - ½ cup
8. Sour cream - ½ cup
9. Ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch
