1. White wine vinegar - 6 tablespoons
2. Vegetable oil - 6 tablespoons
3. Red onion, thinly sliced - 1
4. White sugar - ¼ cup
5. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
6. Hot pepper sauce - 2 dashes
7. Ground black pepper to taste - ¾ teaspoon
8. Coarsely chopped walnuts - ½ cup
9. Romaine lettuce, torn - 1 head
10. Butter lettuce, torn - 1 head
11. Fresh spinach leaves - 2 bunches
12. Pears, cored and sliced - 2
13. Feta cheese - 1 (4 ounce) package

How to cook deliciously - Three Greens and Fruit with Vinaigrette

1. Stage

In a bowl, mix the vinegar, oil, onion, sugar, salt, hot sauce, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the walnuts, stirring constantly, until lightly toasted.
