1. White wine vinegar 6 tablespoons
2. Vegetable oil 6 tablespoons
3. Red onion, thinly sliced 1
4. White sugar ¼ cup
5. Salt ¼ teaspoon
6. Hot pepper sauce 2 dashes
7. Ground black pepper to taste ¾ teaspoon
8. Coarsely chopped walnuts ½ cup
9. Romaine lettuce, torn 1 head
10. Butter lettuce, torn 1 head
11. Fresh spinach leaves 2 bunches
12. Pears, cored and sliced 2
13. Feta cheese 1 (4 ounce) package

How to cook deliciously - Three Greens and Fruit with Vinaigrette

1 . Stage

In a bowl, mix the vinegar, oil, onion, sugar, salt, hot sauce, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the walnuts, stirring constantly, until lightly toasted.

In a large bowl, mix the walnuts, romaine lettuce, butter lettuce, spinach, and pears. Toss with the dressing mixture to coat. Sprinkle with feta cheese to serve.
