1. 6 tablespoons butter, cubed -
2. 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour -
3. 1-1/2 cups chicken broth -
4. 1/2 cup milk -
5. 1 to 2 teaspoons soy sauce -
6. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
7. Dash pepper -
8. 2/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided -
9. 8 cups cut fresh green or wax beans, cooked and drained -
10. 2 cups cubed cooked chicken -

How to cook deliciously - Chicken Bean Casserole

1. Stage

In a large saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add broth, milk, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat.

Stir in 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese until melted. Add beans and chicken; toss to coat;.

3. Stage

Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish; sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
