How to cook deliciously - Chocolate-covered Prune Cake Pops

1. Stage

"Dough: The day before cooking, bake a chocolate biscuit (your favorite) and leave it uncovered to dry out. I baked mine, I'll link to the recipe under the large photos below. Cut the biscuit into slices. P.S. For this recipe we'll need half a batch of this biscuit, so you can bake half, or you can bake a whole, and freeze the other half.

2. Stage

Beat the biscuit with a blender (or grate) to a crumb.

3. Stage

Ganache: It is also better to prepare the day before. Products needed for the ganache: Chopped chocolate, cream, syrup, prune puree and butter.

4. Stage

Heat the prune puree until boiling. Add the syrup to the cream and heat well, stir until the syrup has dissolved. Pour the puree and cream over the chocolate and stir well. Add smoked or sweet paprika to taste.

5. Stage

Or beat with a blender until smooth and smooth.

6. Stage

Stick in contact with cling film and place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

7. Stage

In the biscuit crumb add cognac, you can and 2 tbsp. (if for children - orange juice) and lightly whipped ganache, mix everything well.

8. Stage

Stuffing: Stuff the prunes with nuts. I prepared half with almonds, and...

9. Stage

... The other half with quarters of walnuts.

10. Stage

From a mass of approximately 25 g, make cakes, place prunes stuffed with nuts inside and roll into a tight ball. Place the balls in the refrigerator for a couple of hours and chill well.

11. Stage

Frosting: Melt the white chocolate (I do it in a microwave), add 1 tbsp. butter, stir and cool to 30 "C. Place the cold ball on a fork and spoon the icing on top. In the same way prepare the frosting of milk chocolate + 1 tbsp. butter and dark chocolate + 1 tbsp. butter. Thanks to the fact that the balls are cold, the chocolate hardens very quickly.

12. Stage

You can immediately, before the chocolate hardens, sprinkle the cupcakes with caramelized nuts. You can apply thin strips of chocolate. Or you can decorate as your imagination dictates. But most importantly, be sure to try it with smoked paprika (or at least sweet paprika), it's delicious!
