Ingredients for - Clam Linguine

1. Olive oil ¼ cup
2. Butter ¼ cup
3. Garlic, crushed 3 cloves
4. Tomatoes, diced 3 large
5. Chopped fresh parsley ½ cup
6. Minced clams, with juice 1 (6.5 ounce) can
7. Fresh linguine pasta ½ pound
8. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Clam Linguine

1 . Stage

In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and butter. Add tomatoes, parsley, and garlic; simmer and let reduce, about 5 minutes. Add some clam juice if the sauce reduces too much.

2 . Stage

Meanwhile, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 3 minutes or until al dente; drain.

Add pasta and clams to the skillet and heat through; top with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
