Ingredients for - Classic Smoked Sausage & Peppers

1. Hillshire Farm® Smoked Sausage, diagonally cut into 1/4-inch slices - 1 (14 ounce) package
2. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
3. Onion, cut into 1-inch pieces - 1 cup
4. Red and green peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces - 2 cups
5. Dried oregano - ½ teaspoon
6. Grated Parmesan cheese (Optional) - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Classic Smoked Sausage & Peppers

1. Stage

Saute sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 3 minutes, turning occasionally.

2. Stage

Add olive oil, onion, peppers and oregano, cooking until tender, about 3 minutes.

3. Stage

Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan cheese.
