Ingredients for - Kendyuh

1. Pork stomach - 1 PC.
2. Pork - 1 kg
3. Chicken egg - 5 PC.
4. Bulb onions - 100 gram
5. Vegetable oil - 100 Ml
6. Black pepper - taste
7. Salt - taste

How to cook deliciously - Kendyuh

1. Stage

Clean and thoroughly wash kendyukh, wipe with salt and then rinse again.

2. Stage

Finely chop the pork or mince it through a large meat grinder.

3. Stage

Chop onion and fry in vegetable oil.

4. Stage

Mix meat with onions and add raw eggs, salt and pepper to taste.

5. Stage

Stuff meat with kendyukh and sew with a thread.
