1. Herring - 1 kg
2. Vinegar 9% - 250 Ml
3. Water - 250 Ml
4. Bulb onions - 100 gram
5. Sugar - 50 gram
6. Bay leaf - 2 PC.
7. Black pepper - taste

How to cook deliciously - Pickled Herring

1. Stage

Peel the fish from the skin and cut into pieces. Fold in a jar and add onion sliced in half rings.

2. Stage

For marinade, mix water, vinegar, sugar, pepper and bay leaf. Bring to a boil, cool to room temperature and pour over the herring.

Close the lid tightly and let stand in a cool place for 1 day.
