How to cook deliciously - Cognac at home
1. Stage
Sugar mix with vanilla sugar, add water and put on fire. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes stirring. Cool to room temperature.
2. Stage
Pour vodka into a clean jar, add sugar syrup, tea, cloves, oak bark, cover, shake well and leave to infuse in a dark place for 1 week.
3. Stage
Strain, pour into beautiful bottles and serve.

Cognac at home is quite simple to prepare, it turns out to be soft, aromatic and has a beautiful rich color. For preparation, we took ordinary vodka, but you can also use homemade moonshine or diluted alcohol; on moonshine, cognac will turn out to be of course more delicate and aromatic if the moonshine is really high-quality. Oak bark is available at the pharmacy.
