1 . Stage
Add grated onion, salt and milk to the mince. Mix well.

Form cutlets from the minced meat and roll in flour. Fry in vegetable oil on both sides.

Peel carrots and potatoes, cut into cubes. Cut the onion into half rings.
4 . Stage
Fry the vegetables individually in vegetable oil. Place the roasted vegetables in a bowl, salt and stir.

Prepare the sauce. Combine water, ketchup, flour, salt and minced garlic. After boiling, simmer for a few minutes.

Place half of the vegetables in the bottom of the pots.
