1. Seasoned dry bread crumbs - 2 cups
2. All-purpose flour - ½ cup
3. Salt and black pepper to taste - ½ cup
4. Eggs - 2
5. Milk - 2 tablespoons
6. Venison loin steaks, pounded to 1/4 inch thick - 4 (6 ounce)
7. Vegetable oil - ½ cup

1. Stage

Combine the bread crumbs, flour, salt and pepper in a 1-gallon size plastic zipper bag. Beat the eggs and milk together in a shallow bowl.
