1. Unsweetened shredded coconut - 2 cups
2. Almond flour - 1 cup
3. Maple syrup - ⅓ cup
4. Melted coconut oil - 3 ½ tablespoons
5. Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon
6. Salt - ⅛ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Coconut Cookies

1. Stage

Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

Stir together coconut, almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl until well blended.

Drop cookie dough in tablespoon-sized mounds onto the prepared baking sheets. Cover and refrigerate or freeze until use.
