1. Packed brown sugar 1 cup
2. White sugar ½ cup
3. Butter, softened ½ cup
4. Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
5. Eggs 2
6. All-purpose flour ¾ cup
7. Cornflakes cereal 5 cups
8. Flaked coconut 1 ½ cups

How to cook deliciously - Cornflake Macaroons

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Cream the butter with the brown sugar and white sugars. Add the eggs and the vanilla and beat well.

3 . Stage

Mix in the flour until well combined. Stir in the corn flakes and the coconut. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a parchment lined baking sheet.

4 . Stage

Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 8 to 10 minutes.
