9. Grated zucchini, lightly packed - 2 cups
10. Melted coconut oil - 1 cup
11. Buttermilk - ¼ cup
12. Vanilla extract - 1 tablespoon
13. Chopped pecans - 1 cup
14. Maraschino cherries, chopped - 18
15. Maraschino cherry juice - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Cherry-Zucchini Bread

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease and flour 5 mini loaf pans.
