Ingredients for - Crab and Swiss Quiche

1. Egg, lightly beaten 2
2. Milk ½ cup
3. Mayonnaise ½ cup
4. Cornstarch 1 teaspoon
5. Imitation crab meat, flaked ½ pound
6. Shredded Swiss cheese 1 ½ cups
7. Unbaked pie crust 1 (9 inch)

How to cook deliciously - Crab and Swiss Quiche

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2 . Stage

In a medium bowl, mix together eggs, milk, mayonnaise and cornstarch. Mix in the imitation crab and Swiss cheese. Pour into pie shell.

3 . Stage

Bake in preheated oven until a knife inserted into center of the quiche comes out clean, about 30 to 40 minutes.
