Ingredients for - Lobster Soup

1. Margarine - 6 tablespoons
2. All-purpose flour - 6 tablespoons
3. Chicken broth - 1 ½ cups
4. Lobster meat - 2 ½ cups
5. Milk - 4 ½ cups
6. Onions, thinly sliced - 1 ½
7. Celery flakes - 1 pinch
8. Chopped fresh parsley - 1 ½ teaspoons
9. Ground black pepper to taste - 1 ½ teaspoons
10. Salt to taste - 1 ½ teaspoons
11. Light cream - ¾ cup

How to cook deliciously - Lobster Soup

1. Stage

Melt margarine in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and celery flakes; blend well. Slowly stir in milk and chicken stock; cook and stir for 10 minutes. Add lobster, onion, and parsley; cook and stir until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes.

Add cream to desired consistency; reheat and season to taste.
