6. Buttermilk - 2 cups
7. Eggs - 2 large
8. Maple syrup - ¼ cup
9. Unsalted butter, melted - ¼ cup
10. Cooking spray - ¼ cup

1. Stage

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.

Whisk buttermilk, eggs, maple syrup, and butter together in another bowl. Pour the flour mixture into the wet ingredients and whisk until lumps are gone.
