Ingredients for - Gluten-Free Mushroom Sauce

1. Low-sodium chicken broth - 1 cup
2. Button mushrooms, sliced - 6 medium
3. Roasted red pepper and garlic seasoning blend - 1 tablespoon
4. Chopped fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon
5. Dark rum - 1 dash
6. Salt to taste - 1 dash
7. Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
8. Heavy cream - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Gluten-Free Mushroom Sauce

1. Stage

Bring chicken broth, mushrooms, seasoning blend, parsley, rum, and salt to a boil in a small saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

2. Stage

Remove a spoonful of hot broth and mix with cornstarch in a coffee mug. Add back to the simmering liquid; cook until liquid reduces by half, 2 to 3 minutes.

3. Stage

Add cream and simmer until desired consistency is reached.
