1. All-purpose flour - 2 cups

3. Baking soda - ½ teaspoon
4. Salt - ½ teaspoon
5. Grated orange zest - 1 tablespoon
6. Fresh cranberries - 1 ½ cups
7. Pecans, coarsely chopped - ½ cup
8. Margarine, softened - ¼ cup
9. White sugar - 1 cup
10. Egg - 1
11. Orange juice - ¾ cup

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir in orange zest, cranberries, and pecans. Set aside.
