2. Diced tomatoes, drained - 14 ½ (14.5 ounce) cans
3. Refrigerated cheese tortellini - 9 ounces
4. Vegetable broth - 1 cup
5. Evaporated milk - ¾ cup
6. Heavy cream - ¼ cup
7. Garlic and herb cheese spread (such as Boursin®), softened - 1 (5.2 ounce) package
8. Baby spinach - 4 cups
9. Italian seasoning to taste - 4 cups
10. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste - 2 tablespoons

Cook sausage in a large stockpot over medium heat, crumbling and breaking up with a spatula, until evenly browned, about 5 minutes.
