1. Baby spinach - 6 cups
2. Strawberries, halved - 2 cups
3. Avocado - halved, pitted, peeled and diced - 1
4. Cooked quinoa - ½ cup
5. Pecans - ¼ cup
6. Crumbled BelGioioso Gorgonzola cheese - ¼ cup
7. Olive oil - ¼ cup
8. Balsamic Vinegar - ¼ cup
9. Garlic, pressed - 2 cloves
10. Extra fine granulated sugar - 2 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Crumbly Gorgonzola Strawberry Quinoa Salad

1. Stage

Prep the balsamic vinaigrette. Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic and sugar in a small bowl; set aside.

2. Stage

To assemble salad, place spinach in a large bowl. Top with strawberries, avocado, quinoa, pecans and Gorgonzola cheese. Pour dressing over salad and gently toss to combine. Serve immediately.
