2. Boiling water - ½ cup
3. Tomatoes, diced - 5
4. Onion, finely diced - 1
5. Chopped parsley - 1 cup
6. Chopped fresh mint leaves - ¼ cup
7. Lemon, juiced - 1
8. Olive oil - 2 teaspoons
9. Salt to taste - 2 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Easy Tabbouleh

1. Stage

Place bulgur in a small mixing bowl. Add boiling water, mix, and cover with a towel. Let stand for 1 hour. Drain any excess water.

2. Stage

Combine tomatoes, onion, parsley, mint, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Add bulgur; mix well and serve.
