1. Butter, divided 2 tablespoons
2. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
3. Fresh lemon juice, divided 2 tablespoons
4. Finely chopped garlic 2 tablespoons
5. Garlic powder ½ tablespoon
6. Pita bread rounds, cut in half 2 small (4 inch)

1 . Stage

Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over low heat. Mix in the olive oil, 1/2 the lemon juice, garlic, and garlic powder.
