1. Butter, divided - 2 tablespoons
2. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
3. Fresh lemon juice, divided - 2 tablespoons
4. Finely chopped garlic - 2 tablespoons
5. Garlic powder - ½ tablespoon
6. Pita bread rounds, cut in half - 2 small (4 inch)

How to cook deliciously - Fried Garlic Pita

1. Stage

Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over low heat. Mix in the olive oil, 1/2 the lemon juice, garlic, and garlic powder.
