1. 1 cup sour cream -
2. 1/2 cup milk -
3. 1 tablespoon minced chives -
4. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
5. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -
6. 6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick -
7. 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese -
8. 1/2 cup finely crushed cornflakes -
9. Additional minced chives, optional -

How to cook deliciously - Crunchy Cheese Potatoes

1. Stage

In a large bowl, combine sour cream, milk, chives, salt and pepper. Add potatoes and mix thoroughly. Spread in a 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Combine cheese and cornflakes; sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with additional chives if desired.
