How to cook deliciously - Curd under glaze
1. Stage
In a deep bowl combine cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar and mix well. Add the cherries, removing the pips beforehand. I used frozen berries, defrosting them and removing excess liquid. (If you want a homogeneous structure of the curd mass, beat all the components with a blender).

Stir again. Divide the mass into two equal parts - for two plates. (I had two small plates of 300 ml and one large plate). Smooth the surface.
3. Stage
Now let's make the glaze. Melt the butter on low heat, but do not boil it. Add the milk. Separately, mix sugar and cocoa. And, stirring intensively, add the dry ingredients to the liquid ingredients. Cook until the sugar granules have dissolved. Turn off the frosting and let cool to a temperature where touching it to your finger is tolerable.
4. Stage
Pour the glaze over the previously prepared curd mass and put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. This is what you get at the end of the specified time.
