4. Garlic powder - 2 teaspoons
5. Onion Powder - 1 teaspoon
6. Ground paprika - 1 teaspoon
7. Kosher salt - 1 teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
9. Skinless, boneless chicken tenders, cut into 1/2-inch strips lengthwise - 4

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
