1. Barramundi (Asian sea bass) - 4 (4 ounce) fillets
2. Olive oil, or as needed - 1 tablespoon
3. Dried bread crumbs - 1 cup
4. Seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®) - ½ teaspoon
5. Garlic powder - ½ teaspoon
6. Onion Powder - ½ teaspoon
7. Lemon zest - ½ teaspoon
8. Dried thyme - 1 pinch
9. Melted butter - 1 cup
10. Lemon juice - ¼ cup
11. White wine - ¼ cup
12. Chopped fresh basil, or to taste - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Barramundi With Lemon Basil Sauce

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Brush fish with olive oil.

Mix bread crumbs, seafood seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon zest, and thyme together in a bowl. Press fish in bread crumb mixture to coat all sides. Arrange coated fish on a baking sheet.
