1. Ground beef 4 ounces
2. Garlic, finely grated 1 clove
3. Grated fresh ginger 1 teaspoon
4. Green onion, light parts only, minced 1 teaspoon
5. Miso paste 1 ½ tablespoons
6. Toasted sesame seeds, ground 1 tablespoon
7. Sake 1 tablespoon
8. Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
9. White sugar 2 teaspoons
10. Cornstarch 1 teaspoon
11. Doubanjiang (spicy broad bean paste) 1 teaspoon
12. Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
13. Tomato, sliced 1 large
14. Fresh corn, cooked ½ ear
15. Ramen noodles 2 (3 ounce) packages

How to cook deliciously - Easy Microwave TanTan Ramen

1 . Stage

Combine ground beef, garlic, ginger, and green onion in a microwave-safe bowl.

2 . Stage

Mix together miso, sesame seeds, sake, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, doubanjiang, and sesame oil in a bowl; pour over the ground beef mixture.

3 . Stage

Cover and microwave for 2 minutes. Remove and mix. Add tomato slices and corn. Cover and microwave until cooked through, about 3 minutes.

4 . Stage

While the beef mixture is cooking, bring a pot of water to a boil. Add ramen and cook until soft, about 3 minutes. Drain.

Add drained ramen to the cooked beef mixture and serve.
