1. Ground beef - 4 ounces
2. Garlic, finely grated - 1 clove
3. Grated fresh ginger - 1 teaspoon
4. Green onion, light parts only, minced - 1 teaspoon
5. Miso paste - 1 ½ tablespoons
6. Toasted sesame seeds, ground - 1 tablespoon
7. Sake - 1 tablespoon
8. Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
9. White sugar - 2 teaspoons
10. Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
11. Doubanjiang (spicy broad bean paste) - 1 teaspoon
12. Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
13. Tomato, sliced - 1 large
14. Fresh corn, cooked - ½ ear
15. Ramen noodles - 2 (3 ounce) packages

How to cook deliciously - Easy Microwave TanTan Ramen

1. Stage

Combine ground beef, garlic, ginger, and green onion in a microwave-safe bowl.

2. Stage

Mix together miso, sesame seeds, sake, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, doubanjiang, and sesame oil in a bowl; pour over the ground beef mixture.

3. Stage

Cover and microwave for 2 minutes. Remove and mix. Add tomato slices and corn. Cover and microwave until cooked through, about 3 minutes.

4. Stage

While the beef mixture is cooking, bring a pot of water to a boil. Add ramen and cook until soft, about 3 minutes. Drain.

5. Stage

Add drained ramen to the cooked beef mixture and serve.
