6. Red bell pepper, cubed - 1
7. Scallions, trimmed and sliced into 1/2-inch lengths - 1 bunch
8. Pineapple chunks, drained and juice reserved - 1 (12 ounce) can
9. Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
