1. Ground beef - 1 pound
2. Hot mashed potatoes - 2 cups
3. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed - 4 ounces
4. KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided - 1 cup
5. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
6. Frozen mixed vegetables, thawed - 4 cups
7. Beef gravy - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Easy Shepherd's Pie

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Stage

Brown meat in a large skillet. While the meat is browning, mix potatoes, cream cheese, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, and garlic until well blended.

Drain meat. Return to skillet; stir in vegetables and gravy. Spoon into a 9-inch square baking dish. Cover with potato mixture and remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
