3. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
4. Diced tomatoes - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
5. Black olives, pitted and sliced - ½ cup
6. Chopped fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon
7. Dry white wine - ½ cup
8. Cod fillets - 1 pound
