1. 1/2 cup mixed berry yogurt -
2. 3/4 cup reduced-fat whipped topping -
3. 1 cup sliced ripe banana -
4. 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries -
5. 1 cup cubed fresh pineapple -
6. 1 cup fresh blueberries -
7. 4 whole strawberries -

How to cook deliciously - Fresh Fruit Parfaits

1. Stage

In a small bowl, combine yogurt and whipped topping; set aside 4 teaspoons for topping. Spoon half the remaining yogurt mixture into 4 parfait glasses; layer with half each of the banana, sliced strawberries, pineapple and blueberries. Repeat layers.

2. Stage

Top each parfait with 1 teaspoon reserved yogurt mixture and a whole strawberry. Chill until serving.
