1. Stage
Pour hot water over the raisins. Drain the cold water and rinse the raisins with running water. Peel the apples and orange. Cut the apples into large slices, peel the orange.

Place the fruit; apples, orange and pineapple in a bowl.

Shred the fruit with the nozzle "knife".

Pour the fruit mixture into a saucepan. Add the olive oil, ginger and ajika.
