Ingredients for - Garlic Ginger Tofu

1. Canola oil 3 tablespoons
2. Minced garlic 2 teaspoons
3. Minced fresh ginger root 2 teaspoons
4. Lime 1
5. Tamari, or to taste 1 tablespoon
6. Firm tofu 2 pounds

How to cook deliciously - Garlic Ginger Tofu

1 . Stage

Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium heat. Stir in garlic and ginger, and cook for 1 minute. Add tofu to the pan with tamari, and stir to coat. Cover, and continue cooking for 20 to 30 minutes.

2 . Stage

Squeeze lime juice over tofu before serving.
