1. 12 garlic cloves, peeled and sliced -
2. 1-1/2 teaspoons olive oil -
3. 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained -
4. 1 cup tomato puree -
5. 1 pint heavy whipping cream -
6. 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano -
7. 1/4 teaspoon minced fresh basil -
8. 1/4 teaspoon salt -
9. 1/8 teaspoon pepper -

1. Stage

In a 3-cup baking dish, combine the garlic and oil. Cover and bake at 300° for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.
