1. Cream cheese, at room temperature 2 ounces
2. Crumbled blue cheese 1 tablespoon
3. White vinegar ⅛ teaspoon
4. Water, or more as needed 1 teaspoon
5. Cream cheese, at room temperature 2 (8 ounce) packages
6. Puffed rice cereal, preferably whole-grain 1 (5 ounce) container
7. Minced onion ¼ cup
8. Onion Powder 1 teaspoon
9. Finely chopped walnuts, divided 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Grandma's Classic Cheese Ball

1 . Stage

Combine 2 ounces cream cheese, blue cheese, and vinegar in a small bowl. Add water, stir until creamy, and transfer to a larger bowl.

2 . Stage

Add remaining cream cheese, processed cheese spread, onion, and onion powder; mix until well combined. Mix in 1/2 cup walnuts until incorporated and shape into a ball.

3 . Stage

Spread plastic wrap on the counter and spread remaining walnuts over top. Roll cheese ball in nuts until completely covered, then place into a bowl to help it keep its shape. Refrigerate until firm, 8 hours to overnight.
