5. Skim milk - 2 teaspoons
6. Imitation crabmeat, flaked - 1 cup
7. Celery, chopped - 1 stalk
8. Finely chopped green bell pepper - 1 tablespoon

1. Stage

In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, salt, vinegar and milk. Add the crabmeat, celery and green pepper and stir until evenly combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.
