2. Butter, melted - 3 tablespoons
3. Salt - ½ teaspoon
4. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 cup
5. Diced ham - ¾ cup
6. Grated Parmesan cheese - ½ cup
7. All-purpose flour - 3 tablespoons
8. Eggs - 4
9. Milk - 1 ¼ cups
10. Diced onion - ⅓ cup
11. Diced green bell pepper - ⅓ cup
12. Salt - 1 teaspoon
13. Onion Powder - ½ teaspoon
14. Garlic powder - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Mom's Killer Tater Tot Quiche

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Make the crust: Place potato nuggets in a large microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave until thawed, 1 to 2 minutes. Add butter and salt; mash together until potato nuggets are crumbled. Press evenly into a glass pie dish.
