1. Olive oil - 4 teaspoons
2. Sour cream - 6 tablespoons
3. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 4 ounces
4. Fresh sliced mushrooms - 2 cups
5. Salsa - 1 (16 ounce) jar
6. Cooked white rice - 2 cups
7. Boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and diced - 8 ounces

1. Stage

In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Saute mushrooms.

2. Stage

Combine mushrooms, sour cream, cheese, salsa, rice, and chicken. Place in a greased casserole dish.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 to 35 minutes.
