7. Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
8. Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
9. Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
10. Red pepper flakes - ¼ teaspoon
11. Ground ginger - ¼ teaspoon
12. Lettuce, separated into leaves - 1 head
