3. Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
4. Sea salt - 1 pinch
5. Coconut oil, softened - 1 cup
6. Packed brown sugar - 1 cup
7. White sugar - 1 cup
8. Molasses - 1 teaspoon
9. Eggs - 2
10. Quick-cooking oats - 2 cups
11. Dark chocolate chips - 1 cup
12. Dried cranberries - ¾ cup

How to cook deliciously - Healthier Oatmeal Cookies

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Sift whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl. Set aside.

Combine coconut oil, sugars, and molasses in a medium bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Gradually stir in the sifted flour mixture until well blended. Mix in oats, chocolate chips, and cranberries.
