1. 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each) -
2. 4 garlic cloves, minced -
3. 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed -
4. 1 tablespoon olive oil -
5. 2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme -
6. 3/4 teaspoon salt -
7. 1/2 teaspoon pepper -

How to cook deliciously - Herb Salmon

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 425°F. Lay the fillets, skin side down, in a baking pan at least 15x10 inches. Whisk together garlic, herbs and olive oil. Use a spoon to spread the infused oil over the salmon. Roast the salmon until it flakes easily with a fork, for 15 to 18 minutes. Editor's tip: Salmon is perfectly done at 145°. Using an instant-read thermometer will allow you to test for doneness without cutting into or flaking the salmon.
