Ingredients for - Italian Escarole Pizza

1. Individual ready made pizza crusts 1 (12 inch)
2. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
3. Pizza sauce 1 cup
4. Garlic, minced 1 clove
5. Escarole, rinsed and dried 5 leaves
6. Shredded mozzarella cheese 2 cups
7. Salt and pepper to taste 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Italian Escarole Pizza

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Lightly brush pizza crust with olive oil. Spread with a thin layer of pizza sauce, and sprinkle with minced garlic. Remove thick stems from escarole, and arrange leaves over pizza. Cover with shredded mozzarella.

3 . Stage

Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
