1. Lamb chops 3 pounds
2. Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons
3. Adobo seasoning 1 tablespoon
4. Cayenne pepper to taste 1 tablespoon
5. Salt and pepper to taste 1 tablespoon
6. Duck sauce 1 ½ cups

How to cook deliciously - Lamb Chops in Duck Sauce

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Arrange lamb chops in a medium baking dish, and evenly coat with Worcestershire sauce, adobo seasoning, and cayenne pepper. Season with salt and pepper.

3 . Stage

Bake 1 hour in the preheated oven.

4 . Stage

Cover lamb chops with duck sauce, and continue baking 15 to 20 minutes, to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (65 degrees C).
