1. Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - 4 (4 ounce)
2. Minced onion - 1 ½ tablespoons
3. Crushed garlic - 2 tablespoons
4. Poultry seasoning - 1 ½ teaspoons
5. Soy sauce - ¼ cup
6. Artificial sweetener - 2 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Low-Cal Chicken

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

2. Stage

Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish; sprinkle with onion, garlic, seasoning, soy sauce and sweetener.
