1. Fried tofu - 1 (10 ounce) package
2. Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
3. Onion, chopped - 1
4. Red bell pepper, chopped - 1 medium
5. Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
6. Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
7. Chili-garlic sauce, or more to taste - 2 teaspoons
8. Green onions, chopped (Optional) - 2

How to cook deliciously - Super Simple Spicy Fried Tofu

1. Stage

Drain tofu, rinse, and pat dry. Cut into squares.

2. Stage

Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium heat. Add onion and cook for 2 minutes. Add red pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Stir in tofu and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in brown sugar, soy sauce, and chili-garlic sauce. Mix together and cook for 3 minutes. Adjust seasoning to taste. Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
